Account closure
Close your SellSmart account
We deactivate your shop immediately, retain data securely for 90 days, then permanently erase it with an automated Firebase job.
Professional soft-delete first
Your account is closed for active use now. Inventory, sales history, and shop profile remain retained until January 14, 2027, then are permanently erased automatically.
How deletion works
1. Soft close immediately
Your shop is deactivated and removed from active use right away.
2. 90-day secure retention
Data stays protected while our team can assist with any recovery questions.
3. Automatic permanent erase
A scheduled Firebase job permanently deletes shop data and login after 90 days.
